Code of Conduct

We strive to make our festival a safe and inclusive space for all people – regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, ability, age, or any other aspects of personal identity.

Our community of festival goers is what makes The Cambridge Club so special. To protect this, and ensure everyone’s enjoyment, we ask you to follow our Code of Conduct below at all times:

  • We are all different, and we celebrate that diversity. Hate, discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. Violence, abuse and harm does not have any place at the festival.

Those who are found to be breaking this code will be asked to leave, banned from future events, and may be reported to the police. If you are concerned about the behaviour of any festival goer, please speak to staff right away.

  • It’s been a challenging few years for lots of us, so please respect each others’ personal space and preferences on how they wish to enjoy the festival. Give each other distance where possible – and if somebody looks like they may be in need of help, assist them by finding a festival staff member, security team, first aider or helping them to get to a welfare point. We’re all here to have a good time together, so please look out for each other!

  • We encourage everyone to have fun in a safe way. Please do not put yourself or others at risk of harm. You must adhere to our list of prohibited items and follow the terms and conditions (these can all be found here) at all times.

If you are found to be in possession of any prohibited or illegal items, you will be asked to leave the festival site. You may also be banned from future events, and the police will be informed where appropriate.

  • We all have a responsibility to look after the environment, now more than ever before. Please use the correct bins on site for all waste, recycle wherever possible, and don’t drop litter.

Our site is a beautiful green space, so let’s work together to keep it that way.
