The main arena and the orchard are closed on Monday. Food and drink will still be available in the campsite.

  • Subject to security discretion, we are allowing campers to make an additional journey back to their car when they first arrive for any extra items, if they require. For everyone’s convenience and safety, we aim to get you on site as quickly as possible, but we do understand you may not be able to carry everything in one go.

As a general rule, once you collect your wristband from the main gates, you will be unable to leave and re-enter the festival site – as there is no readmission on the day for Day or Weekend ticket holders. But please rest assured that if you do need an extra trip back to the car, this is an exception.

Last entry to the festival on Friday is 8pm & 4pm on Saturday and Sunday.

  • The Cambridge Club Festival is perfect for all the family, with a dedicated family entertainment area (The Imagination Station) full of music, activities and arts/crafts for children.

Children (aged 17 and under) must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. There are discounted ticket rates for under 18s. Children under 5 go free, but still need to 'book' a ticket online.

Proof of age may be required on entry and all bars operate a strict Challenge 25 Policy. Recognised and accepted forms of ID are as follows:

    • Driving or provisional (photo) license

    • Passport

    • Proof of age card with a PASS (hologram) logo

All festival goers under 18 will be given an identifiable wristband.

Please note that both Premium and Hospitality areas are strictly 18+ only.

The festival reserves the right to refuse admission if there is any doubt that the ticket holder is under the entry age requirement.

  • Once you arrive, head to the appropriate lane at the main gates to exchange your mobile QR code ticket for your festival wristband.

Don’t rely on signal at the festival. Save your mobile QR code tickets to your phone wallet app before you arrive. If you have any issues with your tickets head straight to the Box Office before proceeding to the main gates.

  • A full programme of set times across the weekend for all stages will be announced closer to the festival. Download the Woov app to be the first to know.

  • To stay over on site for the whole weekend please book a Weekend ticket plus the relevant camping add-on. Self pitch, Pre-pitched tents and Live-In Vehicle tickets must be booked separately as add-ons to your weekend festival ticket.

Your ticket includes access to wellness sessions in the morning, and after dark entertainment once the main arena closes.

We provide toilets & showers free of charge. There are also food traders offering breakfast and coffee in the campsite.

Head to Tangerine Fields website here for all glamping packages.

You will be asked to leave the campsite by 12pm on the Monday after the festival. For more info, head to our Camping & Glamping page.

Portable Camping Stoves with disposable gas canisters/cartridges ARE permitted, up to 4 canisters per tent. This must be the type of canister that screws into the stove. The total accumulated weight of gas should not exceed 1000g. No BBQ's or any other cooking devices are permitted and will be confiscated if found upon entry.

Campers are allowed up to 18 cans or 1L of spirit or wine, these must be decanted into plastic/reusable bottles - no glass bottles are permitted on site.

Campers are welcome to bring in food for personal consumption in the campsite over the weekend. No food or drink can be taken from the campsite into the main arena, there will be security checks on entry.

  • There is a wide array of street food vendors and bars across the festival site.

You cannot bring food or drink into the main arena. Empty water bottles can be brought in and filled at one of our multiple drinking points at the festival.

Our food traders across the festival caters for many food preferences and intolerances but please contact us if you have any specific needs.

  • This is not a seated event, but we do want everyone to be as comfortable as possible. For everybody's safety and enjoyment, you may bring camping chairs and blankets, but these cannot be used in the area immediately around the Main Stage.

Our stewards may at their discretion ask customers to reduce the size of their seating area, or to pack away chairs and blankets, if they feel they are causing an obstruction. Limited seating can be found around food outlets across the site.

Bags larger than A4 size are not permitted into the main arena. Campers are allowed bags bigger than A4 into the campsite. We understand that some families with children will need to bring in extra supplies – so this guidance will be applied at the discretion of security staff, who will make all reasonable allowances.

Dogs are not permitted, other than assistance dogs.
